StarCollector DAO will be operated based on the spirit of decentralization, Web 3.0, and blockchain. There are differences in the actual operations of the current Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO) and their ideal vision. It seems ideal if all participants in DAO are involved in all decisions, but it is difficult to proceed with everything at the DAO level. Therefore, organizations called DAO often take the form of DAO only by name and are actually centralized organizations. We think Web 3.0 is not completely denying the legacy system, but in fact improving the participation of holders efficiently through the blockchain system and increasing the profits of holders through check and balance. Therefore, we would like to build a systematic DAO by leveraging advantages of blockchain and Web3.0 on the ground of legacy system including shareholder capitalism, etc.
Every organization needs a core team that can carry out tasks such as design plans, hold events, and collaborate with 3rd party teams. And when they are given adequate remuneration for their performance, they can achieve maximum performance. However, if this core team performs all its work arbitrarily and has access to community vault, there will always be a temptation of corruption. Therefore, we have devised an organizational system that allows this tore team to perform freely and effectively, but to keep them in check anc balance.
Star Collector DAO consists of four organizational groups to maximize the profits of holders by operating reliably through check and balance while carrying out the core team's efficient work. The four organizations consist of 1) DAO, 2) Board, 3) Committee, 4) Working Group.
