(4) Working Group

There are many things that require professional capabilities and time input to successfully develop the DAO. Board members cannot have expertise in all fields. Therefore, we need several people to be professional and enthusiastic in practical things. We will be recruiting team members named the Working Group and they will work full-time or part-time for the DAO. First of all, we plan to select team members in the fields of Marketing, Moderating, Fund Operation, and Legal, which are essential roles for the expansion and operation of the DAO, and we will expand the team as needed. Tentatively, each team will play the following roles for the DAO to thrive.

• Marketing: Marketing and advertisement for the DAO’s expansion

• Moderator: Community building, etc.

• Fund Operation: Research on Blue-chip NFT, Find and secure WL of potential bluechip projects, etc.

• Legal: Prepare for potential legal issues, Prepare for incorporation of the DAO, etc.

The Working Group has to be fairly rewarded for work they have done. In order to perform their duties more efficiently, we plan to separately pay basic remuneration and incentives based on performance. The total budget shall be approved by the DAO, but remuneration and incentive settings are organized and paid by the Board.
