(3) Committee

For the efficient operation of the organization, Board inevitably has a lot of power. In particular, the access to the community vault can always lead to greed and potential negatives. We plan to select reliable and prominent figures as committee members to prevent potential corruption and to supervise the board. To keep the Board in check, community vault will definitely adopt multi-signature system, so that the vault could be executed only with the consent of more than one of Committee members.

In other words, the Committee serves to check and supervise the Board, but to contribute to our organization, we will recommend Committee members who could provide advice on our project and potentially collaborate in various fields.
