The StarCollector Vault
StarCollector DAO will purchase Blue-chip NFT based on "The StarCollector Vault," which collects sales and sales fees for Starboys NFT. The difference between The StarCollector Vault is that it has maturity. Unlike most other NFT projects where the project does not have a deadline, we have a maturity of three years after token generation. (With the consent of the Community, a total of two years can be extended by one year.) Upon maturity, all assets owned by StarCollector Vault will be distributed to StarCollector DAO members in the form of cryptocurrency. We are the first Collector DAO to set maturity, and DAO members can together realize the vault's benefits together when they hold them until maturity.
Starboys NFT Hodler have fractionalized ownership of the StarCollector Vault. We designed Starboys NFT Hodler to share the tangible and intangible benefits of StarCollector Vault. StarCollector DAO, Starboys Community, The StarCollector Vault are one concept that are loosely connected together.
Fractionalized Ownership
We define the fractionalized ownership of the StarCollector Vault as follows:
Cryptocurrenty benefits by purchasing, owning, and liquidating NFTs
IP benefits by holding NFTs
Token, NFT airdrop, and WL opportunities by holding NFTs
Starboys NFT Hodler share the benefits of the StarCollector Vault by following means:
(1) Benefit share by Governance Token generation:
The Starboys NFT Hodlers will receive governance tokens according to their NFT holding period and how actively they participate in the DAO. The StarCollector Vault will distribute benefits by distributing token dividends or incineration which would be decided by community voting. Some of the vault's profits from purchasing, holding, and liquidating NFT will be distributed to NFT Hodlers, and some will be reserved and used to purchase bluechip NFTs.
(2) IP benefits by holding NFTs:
StarCollector DAO will share the Metaverse space with the community and use it to increase the value of the community, including the Starboys Refugee District.
We will allow you to use the bluechip PFP NFT owned by StarCollector DAO as your profile picture or airdrop Starboys edition of the bluechip NFT we hold.
In addition, StarCollector DAO will create various values by utilizing NFTs on secondary artworks.
(3) Liquidation of the Vault:
The StarCollector Vault has maturity. At maturity, all assets held by the vault will be distributed to Starboys NFT owners and Governance Token holders.
